Kelly Blanchard and Kim Nix were very professional and extremely helpful in our search for a home in Richmond, VA. We have moved 8 times to different states and bought homes in each. This may have been our most difficult move because we were on our own financially (other moves were corporate) and Richmond had become a “sellers market due to low inventory”.
