Kim was extremely helpful in showing us multiple properties in the Richmond, Virginia area (specifically West End). She not only helped us purchase our primary residence, but has also been a tremendous help for us in our search for a rental property. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Richmond area, as well as the rental market. This team of women are true gems:  they never make you feel as though they are too busy to handle requests, and they bend over backwards to show properties in a timely fashion that interest us. They are so polite and truly go the extra mile for their clients. We often felt as though we were their only client! (which I definitely know is not the case!) We are truly thankful for their updates on properties on the market, as well as their expertise in assisting us with offers on houses of interest. I couldn’t recommend Kim more!  We were out of state, and Kelly was more than accommodating in helping us find our dream home while miles away! Kelly viewed houses on our behalf with us via FaceTime and made the process extremely easy and as stress-free as possible. She made everything such a breeze and is extremely knowledgeable on the area. She is also honest, which is greatly appreciated from a realtor. We also worked with Shannon Reppard, who has a great eye for design and discussing functionality of the homes we viewed.  I couldn’t recommend working with this team more!
