Kelly Blanchard decided to pursue a career in real estate after surviving a deal that had way too many rough patches. Kelly’s drive as a realtor has always started with the “I felt as though there was a much better way to handle a real estate transaction, and it started with treating people better than we were treated; I knew that if I could do that, then I could be effective.” Success came quickly. In a real estate market that has bruised many realtors, Kelly has established herself as a premier agent. “I see the real estate market from the perspective of the buying and selling public, as I’ve been in both positions several times myself. I love that I use my Interior Design background on a daily basis, both in helping sellers stage and in helping buyers envision potential. I understand the need to give clients clear information and guidance, and I understand that it needs to be delivered with humility. I think my clients appreciate that.”
As a long-standing Richmonder and resident of the Fan District, Kelly uses her business acumen (learned from the ground up at Blanchard’s Coffee) and her extensive social network in her day-to-day interactions with her clients and other realtors throughout the Metro area to add value to every transaction.
