Kim was extremely helpful in showing us multiple properties in the Richmond, Virginia area (specifically West End). She not only helped us purchase our primary residence, but has also been a tremendous help for us in our search for a rental property. As a first-time home buyer, and someone new to Richmond, I was very nervous about buying a home.  I was referred to Kelly and boy did I get lucky! She listened to everything I said I wanted in a home and helped me work out what I liked and what I didn’t like, even when I couldn’t put it into words. She was honest, flexible and accomodating to a medical resident’s crazy schedule and she (very patiently) took me to see upwards of 30 houses! I was very impressed with her knowledge of home systems, home structures and Richmond area neighborhoods. And if she didn’t know the answer to a question, she had someone just a phone call away to get a quick answer for me. She even dug into a crawl space and took a picture for an HVAC installer to see and give an estimate of the costs to install AC! I have heard horror stories of the home-buying process but it turned out to be a fun and exciting experience for me! I have found my new home and I couldn’t be more excited about it, I do believe I have Kelly to thank for that.

Kelly did an amazing job for us.  She sold our Westover Hills house in six days during a time when most houses in our neighborhood were on the market for months.  We were especially grateful that she helped us overcome multiple hurdles, including a difficult Home Inspection addendum, throughout the sale and closing process.  Kelly paid great attention to detail and explained the process to us thoroughly, which we appreciated as this was the first time we had sold a home.

Kelly Blanchard and Kim Nix were very professional and extremely helpful in our search for a home in Richmond, VA. We have moved 8 times to different states and bought homes in each. Kelly and her team were a pleasure to work with as we undertook the daunting process of preparing our first home for sale, selling it, and finding a new home for our family to purchase.
