When you visit kellyblanchard.com/search, you have access to EVERY HOME that is on the market via the Multiple Listing Service throughout the Greater Richmond Area.  Not only do you get to see gorgeous photos of the Kelly Blanchard Real Estate Group’s listings, but you can search any home listed by any agent in any part of the Greater Richmond Area!

HOW TO SEARCH?

Wondering how to search?  You have options!

 

SEARCH BY ADDRESS:  You can type in a specific address or street in the search box at the top of the main search page.

SEARCH BY NEIGHBORHOOD:  Or, if you are hoping to hone in on a specific area of town or neighborhood, you can do an area-specific search simply by clicking the photo of the area you’re searching

SEARCH GREATER RICHMOND:  There are seven different areas and neighborhoods featured on kellyblanchard.com/search, but if you want to go bigger and broader, just select the “Greater Richmond” photo.  You can tailor your search based on pricing, bedrooms, square footage, and property type.

As you search, you can see listings that are Active as well as homes that have just gone Under Contract (while you can’t purchase those homes, they are a great tool to help gauge market pricing at that time in different parts of town).

WHAT WILL YOU FIND WHEN YOU SEARCH?  Well, a lot of things, but some of the things we love are:

DESCRIPTION:  Each part of town has a brief description to help you get a feel for that area and to give you a brief overview of Richmond–especially if you are new to this great area!

MAPS:  You will get to see a map with pins noting where each home is located–this will help orient you and give you an idea of where one home is in comparison to the next.

PHOTOS & DETAILS:  If the agent listing the home has provided great photos of the house as well as detailed information about bathrooms, bedrooms, square footage, garages, and anything else, it will show up here!

GREAT SCHOOLS:  We love this link to the Great Schools Map–the map will pop up and highlight all nearby schools in the area!
