I loved the opportunity to list this character filled Dutch Colonial in Westover Hills, except for the fact that it came with a steep personal price. When this house sold, it meant that my best friend was moving to North Carolina. With the unique draw and charm that Westover Hills is full of, that didn’t take long – In 6 short days, I was helping my friends sign paperwork and pack boxes. Because of the nostalgic qualities that this home has for me, I still drive by this house whenever I’m in Westover Hills.
